- ICM does their tires in plastic, Gotta remove them from the trees, then assemlbe them to the wheels, which have a center to hold them to the wheel. *NM*

- OK ONE MORE.... I've been busy and I'm trying to catch up. Here is a continuation of my 63 Ford truck but I've since found out its a 61. I'm still going forward with my project. PIX and thanks for looking
- DURING THIS... Whole Buick thing I've had going I had asked Mark (St Louis) to keep his eyes open for one. A month ago he came up to this area for a swap meeting and honestly I forgot I had asked. PIX and thanks for looking
- WENT to my COFFEE KLUTCH/KLATCH Friday and I scored a couple of kits in the meantime. PIX and thanks for looking

- Talk to our SMP Decals- Bruce Sadewater this morning... Call to see how he is doing and he just found out that the extreme will have to be done. The plan is to replace a heart valve so he is going to be laid up a little longer than expected. I believe he will ***INSIDE***
- Quiet here--something to look at. *PICS*
- Here's a little mockup pic of the '32 Chevy with the wheels under it. *NM* *PIC*
- Where is everybody?? *NM*
- Early Cuda Fastback + Cragars = Heaven *NM*
- Very much agreed... *NM*
- LITTLE UPDATE.... SMP Decals - Bruce Sadewater is still in the hospital doing so so he is hoping to be out of the hospital by the middle of next week barring issues. So bare with the tardiness of orders getting out. I'll keep you posted. *NM*
- Question for the F/C experts: Is the Mach Won chassis similar to the Russ Davis Longnose save for the wheelbase? Or is it a different relative? *NM*
- Anyone planning to try out the new 68 Coronet hardtop on an AMT 70 Super Bee or 69 GTX prostreet chassis? *NM*
- Cool book! The Monogram kit was a 19C 304 V8 with reasonable detaill and realism for the era. Kit has been reissued several times and I highly recommend it...TB *NM*
- Trailer mounted concrete mixer *PIC*
- There’s an idea… I could look at swap suspensions to make a 4X4 ‘64 and a 2wd ‘81… I’m liking that! *NM*
- I like those rally wheels and will probably get some for the GMC as I think I will try a dressed up 2 tone version. I want dog dish and steelies for the Chevy but Fireball doesn’t have those, and I’m not sure if anyone does. *NM*
- I was thinking about the Dodge as well, especially since the Warlock kit has both 2wd and 4wd suspensions (or so I’ve read as I don’t have one yet). If it fits and looks close, I’ll probably try that. *NM*
- Question about the 66 Cuda ( I think its a 66) H.U.G. kit.....
- Aoshima stock DMC-12 *PIC*

- Still wish Revell had done the early 70s Swinger hardtop. For a while seemed like everyone was wrenching on 1:1 Swingers and Scamps *NM*
- The NHRA billboard and the Valvoline sticker to his left on the fender has a really white background so the pic is probably at least fairly close to true colors. The car does appear to have a slightly "cream" hue. *NM* *PIC*
- Anybody pining over those old Revell 1962 annuals should find this video from Atlantis very interesting... *LINK*
- Mine were purchased in the 80s. I have no idea when they were last on the store shelves. I've seen them for resale online. *NM*
- Only a fool starts at ground zero when an experienced source is available, Ragtop Man (your post speaks volumes, I think). *NM*
- Oooo, that gold '74? Charger... *NM*
- Finished the Mach Won Mustang Funny Car...................................PIC's
- Thanks very much for all the replies, suggestions and advice, everyone! I now know a lot more than I did 24 hrs ago!!
- I really like the black 1971 Charger with the 1970 Dodge ramcharger hood scoops and the straight red pinstripe down the side. That car looks really good to me. I might build a model like that. *NM*
- I'm curious as to why the 1970 Coronet R/T convertible has no rear marker kights on the rear quarter panels that are supposed to be in the stripe? *NM*
- My apologies to y'all.... I'm feeling a bit under the weather, so no Friday Evening Randomness for you this week... *NM*
- Love the black Duster with the HUGE meats on the rear. *NM*
- Terrific! TB *NM*
- David....that is a very cool model! TB *NM*
- I think the Monogram Jeep CJ-7s were perhaps the best designed and tooled kits from their late 1970s kit development period. I recognize others will certainly see this differently....TB *NM* *LINK* *PIC*
- Great to see those old SAEs available again. Issue 27 (shot on the east shoreline of Foster City, CA looking into the San Mateo bay) and issue #57, (shot on the deck of my then home in East Cobb, GA) are two of my all-time favorite covers...check 'em out. (see below)..
- The medium green 1970 Dart Swinger with Cragars appears to be the super-rare GT option upgrade (note badging on rear quarter.) If that's a true US based car (and not one of the overseas Darts), I believe this one may the first one I have ever actually seen. Cool! *NM*
- Don't know for sure but the factory colors closest to the pic are either Ermin White or Capri Cream. *NM*
- Every couple days Norton is trying to upsell me on something. It's getting tiresome. When I klik on "don't ask me again" I expect to not be asked again, not asked again in a couple days. It's annoying. *NM*
- WOW!! How great is that collection of builds!! *NM*
- Thanks Bill!! *NM*
- Start at 16:24. I prefer a paintbrush because you have better control. And and inch or two off the surface. Experiment a little with some junk. Dot size depends on how much you thin the paint. *NM* *LINK*
- Didn't the middle-generation GM Vans use the same chassis as Squarebody?
- Just did some grokking online - some of the parts in the front suspension of the '70-95 "G" Van will interchange with the '73-87 Squarebody pickup, so if there's one in the stack, go for it.
- Why, yes they did,, front suspension at least. , , I have used AMT van front suspension under one of those MPC pickups before , , , [PICS] I just looked up the control arms, same parts. same parts #.
