Galaxie's '48 Chevy kit, now detailed with opening doors, poseable steering, and many revised proportions.
A kit that I'd avoided because of some glaring proportion issues, but I ultimately really enjoyed building.

- Your sedan delivery looks fabulous. What are the "glaring proportion issues" you mentioned? *NM*
  - I wrote this in 2013 when the Galaxy kits first came out...
    - This is how far I had progressed on my sedan delivery project... *PIC*
    - A couple more issues: the bottom of the windshield begins too far above the cowl. Also the front fender opening on the '48 is not a full radius...it should have a short flatish spot at the top *NM*
- BTW, I really like the flamed coupe. Did you pinstripe the flames yourself? *NM*
  - Re:Yes, I went through a phase in the late '70s and early '80s painting similar flames on various model hot rods (PICS).........
