  • The wheel spread on the 8N is usually to accommodate wider rows--fronts appear to be likewise. Oddly, the tread is reverse--the "V" shape is usually the other way. Cool PIX! *NM*

    • It's a variation of an orchard tractor with eveything tucked in and covered to keep from snagging limbs. Also they used a gas motor instead of diesel to keep the fumes off the beans. *NM*

  • Patience needed, hope you enjoy scrapping chrome so you can glue the parts together, I gave up once but went back and finished it. I thought it would be more like the Mooneyes dragster. *NM* *PIC*

  • The chassis in the kit wasn't accurate (it was from '65-'66). The AMT Matador chassis would be closer...just a question of making it work *NM*

• If you squint, the front end is reminiscent of a ‘71 or ‘72 Chevelle. I’m also not a fan of ’shorties’ - to my eye, the proportions always look awkward with the unchanged front end and rear overhang. *NM*
