Still some pretty cool stuff there and we're glad that you were able to make it to the show this time.....

As for "new/used" late model cars, I first showed my '83 Thunderbird, just two weeks after buying it new in June of '83 and it was not unusual for young guys to be show newer cars and trucks.... Of course I think a big difference was that most of us modified them from stock, if only just wheels and tires. Something that seems to be unusual among many young "car guys" today.... Heck, even my El Camino was only five years old when I bought it and started fixing it up in 79, but it always received lots of attention from others.

I'll be honest, I tend to skip past most of the "new" cars when I go to shows around here.... There has to be something special or unusual about it to catch my eye.
