    • They look a lot like Heller ktts.Got one of the Renault taxis about 3/4 done, no real problems with it other then me screwing up the paint. Always though the multipiece bodies were a workaround to not have to do deep draw dies with slides, simpler molds, simple injection. *NM*
    • Multi piece body is CHEAP when compared to a slide action mold needed for a single peice body.....that's the main reason. *NM*

    • Another 1:35 Packard, the 1941 Clipper 4 door sedan staff car by Roden, would be another that might do well if it were a 1946 version in 1:25 or 1:24 as a post-WWII civilian luxury car and/or customizing. It might be used for bashing '40s cars into 4 door sedans? *4 PICS*

  • My only exp with ICM was the 1/24 Revell issue of the Opel Admiral Saloon, what fun tho' it did build up to a beautiful model, lack or chrome parts was annoying but Molotow fixed that, I too would like all their kits in 1/24 scale. *NM*

    • Yep,I have a Testors Coupe that I decided to give a top chop, lol..lets just say its still unfinished after 20yrs or so..after a 4yr hiatus,my 1st build was the Lindberg 48 Lincoln, just polished the body & haven't looked back over 90+ models since March 2020..lol. *NM*

      • Thank you, Terry. Even in 1/24th, this kit was a real struggle--small/fiddley parts, weird directions (flip upside down and backwards w/o stating so), huge parting lines/rings in chrome, etc. *NM*
