That is very nice. I would buy more if they were one piece bodies. *NM*

We all remember the multipiece body from back in the day. Well, those were a piece of cake compared to the ICM 1/35 scale cars. PICs
I guess so!! *NM*
Actually, you got pretty far along. Farther than I could. LOL. *NM*
I'm thinking I will put a tarp over the back of it and call it done. *NM*
DANG! And I thought the old Revell Gasser kits were fiddly! *NM*
Holy Moly, Terry! Got the shakes just lookin' at the PIX. *NM*

They look a lot like Heller ktts.Got one of the Renault taxis about 3/4 done, no real problems with it other then me screwing up the paint. Always though the multipiece bodies were a workaround to not have to do deep draw dies with slides, simpler molds, simple injection. *NM*
Multi piece body is CHEAP when compared to a slide action mold needed for a single peice body.....that's the main reason. *NM*
That is very nice. I would buy more if they were one piece bodies. *NM*
Is that even with the price raise after they have to spend a few million on new molding machines and molds? *NM*
Wish they would do their 1/35th Packard Twelve in 1/24th scale... *NM* *PIC*
Will take at least 2 of those in 1/24thn *NM*
That would be very cool. *NM*
Another 1:35 Packard, the 1941 Clipper 4 door sedan staff car by Roden, would be another that might do well if it were a 1946 version in 1:25 or 1:24 as a post-WWII civilian luxury car and/or customizing. It might be used for bashing '40s cars into 4 door sedans? *4 PICS*
The military modelers probably don't mind. :-) *NM*
The military guys like the separate panels, opens the possibility for dioramas with opened doors or hood *NM*
My only exp with ICM was the 1/24 Revell issue of the Opel Admiral Saloon, what fun tho' it did build up to a beautiful model, lack or chrome parts was annoying but Molotow fixed that, I too would like all their kits in 1/24 scale. *NM*
Agreed! *NM*
Ever attempt one of the old IMC / Testors '48 Ford kits??? YIKES!
X'S TWO!!!! or three! L.O. L. *NM*
Well, I've done two, and I have one more to do a Weesner car. *NM*
Yep,I have a Testors Coupe that I decided to give a top chop, lol..lets just say its still unfinished after 20yrs or so..after a 4yr hiatus,my 1st build was the Lindberg 48 Lincoln, just polished the body & haven't looked back over 90+ models since March 2020..lol. *NM*
I never did one but I have heard about them. *NM*
ICM MB 1/24th
That turned out very nice. *NM*
Thank you, Terry. Even in 1/24th, this kit was a real struggle--small/fiddley parts, weird directions (flip upside down and backwards w/o stating so), huge parting lines/rings in chrome, etc. *NM*
I got a tension headache feeling looking at that. *NM*
I donit think I can ever look at a 1/35 box again with out feeling that same way. *NM*
