I don't know if it was Paul Cella (Hizzoner) who was breaking down the differences between late '64, '65, and '66, but he would know who it was.

Some are dirt common, others fairly rare. Think there may have been some intersection with model car production as well with some of the changes, but would need to see it all in front of me to tell the difference.
