In Response To: None of the Revell 69 Camaro's had an automatic. For 69 the small block automatic cars would have been a power glide 2 speed. They are available in resin. *NM* ()

The 265 CID depicted is the first small block chevy and same external size. It also has the engine block oil filter fitting (unlike the 55). You would have to "tinker" with the motor mount area to look right in the Camaro and use different accessories as the 56 has a generator not an alternator.

Otherwise, there are resin 2 and 3 speed GM transmissions available that you can adapt. I adapted the 56 265 into a more modern 327 with TH350 transmissions for a street machine (see pic). So, it is an option.
