Occasionally I get a 3D printed figure that's a little sticky. I bought an UV "bulb" (actually several UV LEDs in a bulb-shaped housing) and put it in an old desk lamp. Sticky parts spend a few days under the bulb, and that usually eliminates any stickiness.
