I'd be upset to say the least. Your hard earned money wasted. I would still contact the vendor. You should get a full refund. Those are down right hideous. If I were that person, I'd be ashamed to have let an "escape" get to the customer.

They might just be model parts, but it's still your money and parts and the service the vendor is still offering. That vendor might be getting ready to retire, but that's no excuse.
