Question for the AH gasser builders: are you keeping the stock frame, or, do you have other choices/plans
Good questions. The chassis looks to be structurally strong enough. I couldn't find the size of the frame nore the thickness of the metal. One could also beef up the frame rails. As for the foot wells, ....
Prior to 1967, an automotive frame was required in NHRA Gas classes. Those guys had to reinforce the stock piece; Anglia/Prefect, Austin, even Willys had thin-gauge frames compared to Fords and Chevies *NM*
