• Good morning folks. Anyone know if a stock height roof is available for the Revell 30 Ford Coupe? *NM*
  • Even tho' the Revell 30 Coupe is 1/25th I'd be trying the old Monogram 1/24th 30 Coupe roof, otherwise getting a 2nd Revell kit & splicing the extra height from the 2nd set of pillars.....or find a resin conversion. *NM*
    • That was my first thought. I got a Monogram 30, but it is 1/24th and the scale difference is too much. *NM*
  • You can do what I did when I made the masters for Altered States stock and chopped tops

        • Yup. I'm not trying to do an exact duplicate of course. I have a 572 engine, a power glide trans. Racing seat,wheels and tires. Just like to have the stock height body. *NM*

      • I'm sorry I don't have pics. It was so unrgent to get them to market as soon as possible I didn't document the mods. For the stock height I just eyeballed it, and whatever was left made up the chopped body *NM*

      • Didn't realize you used the Altered States tops on both of those. I'm honored. I did offer up the masters to another caster a couple years ago but they passed. *NM*
