FWIW, the foreign car and train mags are cheaper if you get them digitally. *NM*

I finally let me hot rod subscription run out even though it was cheap, I don’t think there is any magazine I buy regularly except a model magazine. There are tons of euro magazines that are huge but mostly ads and expensive. *NM*

New issue of Motor Trend is out now. 2024 Car of the Year, plus a small announcement regarding the magazine...(no spoilers here)
A few magazines I take are going quarterly.......at the same price.......rethinking all magazines right now.
Seems they are only interested in on-line stuff anyway. Hot Rod magazine will likely be next. *NM*
Hot Rod is going quarterly as well. *NM*
The only magazines I still get, or value, are Vintage Truck and Model Cars Magazine. All the others long ago became outdated months before I received them. *NM*
, as much as I hate it, Print media is just a matter of time before it's all gone. But it's 2024 and the age of instant information.
Unfortunately you are correct..In a few (3) or less years there will be no printed magazines.. *NM*
Heresy....but you are probably right....thing is I now get 4 or 5 magazines still but it used to be double that....reduction is purely because the publishers stopped publishing the printed magazine & I don't read on line mags so they lose out....stupid & crazy. *NM*
The auto rags have changed over the years. Less info at the expense of more ads and junk. Online is getting that way too, unfortunately. *NM*
Yeah, I remember hearing that sane thing about vinyl (records).... "It will all be digital downloads"....
Even finding a newsstand can be a challenge today - but
Meanwhile, my latest issues of Modern Rodding (helmed by some of the former staff of Street Rodder) has been gaining pages with recent issues, and went to monthly (formerly bi-monthly) not too long ago. They're at least one exception to the forecast that print mags are gonzo *NM*

Some new magqzines are debuting. Saw a new GM street machine mag form the company that does C/K Trucks.
Newsstands are far and few between, nowadays.
There was a Newsstand in Charlotte I loved......
The Half-Price Books store in west Fort Worth, years ago, used to have a 'store cat'. a previous owner of the cat set it on fire....
Who does that kind of thing to an animal....future serial Killer I guess?! Jeez! *NM*
