I first met Lastovich when Revell had a booth at the IPMS Nationals in Dallas, Texas back in 2000. I quizzed him on the test shot of the Chrysler PT Cruiser on display.

It was molded in two colors-a light blue, and a faint fluorescent red. I asked him if it was a subtle reference to Richard Petty.
Saw him a few months (not sure) later, at the Texas Motorplex, when Revell sponsored the NHRA Fall Nationals (Revell only did that for two years).

I miss him, too.
