Great save on a very rare kit

I know that Steve G. must be fatigued looking at the suggestion box, but, the NASCAR Cyclone used only a fraction of the parts from the annual '70-71 kit. That kit barely had the burrs worn off the pins before it went away to storage. Hope it didn't end up in a foundry ladle.

Given that most of the mods to the Allison kit were minor - if there was one kit that would bring the house down if it re-appeared, it would be this one.

Would need the slides re-engraved and the hood restored, plus a grille. Only two issues, if you can call them that are present in this: the Boss 429 engine (intended, but never serialized production) and the stance in front which appears to show what it looked like as the brake was sidestepped on the last yellow at Detroit Dragway.

As a re-release, or if the flesh is willing, an all-new kit - either way they would win big.

That's just me and I could be wrong about that, but I doubt it..
