It's NOT a board bug... You've just somehow saved that URL as a password and it will automatically load up until you remove it from your passwords.

If using Google Chrome...

Go to upper right 3 dots or 3 dashes to open Google Chrome Controls...

Choose "Settings"...

On the left under "Autofill and Passwords", click on "Google Password Manager"

In the password list find the URL that is NOT a password, click on it to highlight it and X it out to delete it...
