Who here is planning to go to NNL east? *NM*
I do. It's a yearly tradition. *NM*
I would not miss it. *NM*
I already booked our room :) *NM*
Here's the flyer for the event *NM* *PIC*
Yuuuuuuuuupppppppppp!!!!!!!!!! *NM*
As I’ve said elsewhere, I hope to. *NM*
Maybe it sounds strange but I can't see spending that much money to go to a model event. The longest drive I've taken is to NNL North in Minneapolis and that was five hours. I just can't see paying for plane tickets and hotel for a model show. Priorities I guess. :D *NM*

Yep. Or at least to what degree you go to enjoy our hobby. While it would be nice to travel to a big model event, I can't justify the expense. *NM*
I have gone to model contest in or around Indianapolis abourt 5½ hours away, but I also have family in the Indianapolis area. *NM*
I go to lots of shows while I still can. Big part of the hobby for me - your results may vary! *NM*
This year I’ve done seven shows between the UP and northern Illinois. I’ve also gotten more involved in the Milwaukee club and have gone to quite a few of their meetings as well as nearly all of our club’s meetings and a couple of our neighboring club’s meetings.
I like to make a long weekend out of a trip, so this year we are looking at stopping at the Smithsonian for a few days on the way to NJ...
We drove out to DC back in 2015 and spent a couple days at the Smithsonian. If you have the time, go to Udvar-Hazy *NM*
