What I have done in my house. I DO NOT use FB at all, never will. My wife was using it so many years ago I did the following.

Removed FB APP off her phone and deleted all traces of FB.

She uses FB only on her Chromebook. This makes it so FB can't just browse all info you might have on a PC.

Had her set all FB settings to the most private settings.

Now most of this was 15-20 years ago. There are MANY people out there that keep up with current FB ways. I'd look at YT and the net for real experts of limiting FB and it's creep into your personal info. Thanks
