It's been all over the internet on how easy it is to steal KIA and Hyundai's. Pull back the steering column cap and plug in a USB somewhere in there (remember my VCR still flashes 12). KIA's solution is to buy me a "CLUB". WHAT KIND OF A MESS IS THAT! Just cut the steering wheel and off it comes.
But I think I was targeted because you can't see my place from the road and with shortage of parts it's an easy target. So I think that someone looking for stuff like that saw me followed me home (car was always in the garage except that night) waited for a perfect time and nabbed it. So I don't think this was a joy ride.
