Would love to have a styrene kit of my beloved Mercs.... If you're thinking that AMT is "half way there" with the 56 Ford kit, think again... Ford wheelbase is too short , overall length is too short, overall roof height is too tall.

While dusting some Hot Wheels this morning, I decided what we really need from a kit manufacturer is a '56 Mercury....and I believe AMT is halfway there. *NM*
- I've thought that for years, already have the orange and white paint, but waiting for a kit! Love those Mercs and from a kit sales point, there are many variants, so it should appeal to a wide base of modellers! *NM*
