You can spend $50k less and get a Lucid Air Saphirre that will run circles around it. And, I’m no EV fan boy either. *NM*
Re:It's very impressive to say the least.i wonder how many will be scooped up by collectors and spend their life in a climate controlled garage, never to see the light of day again?. *NM*
That dependsid Gen X,Y, and Z will spend on cars like Boomers.. *NM*
Not likely, but they will spend a lot on the lastest i-Phone gadget. *NM*
According to a post on the Hemmings blog some time ago, the younger generations were indeed collecting cars, just perhaps a little differently from Boomers. *NM*

Must be very nice to be able to think about spending almost 3 times what I paid for my house on a car. , , I wish you well convincing the hubby to let you buy it. ;-)). *NM*
Kinda nice looking...is that going into production, or just a tease??? *NM*

You want to see how screwed up Ford is, just look at the launch of the new Bronco, and more recently the Maverick truck. People still waiting for Mavericks ordered in 2022, that they may or may not ever see.

I was not implying that Fords are cheaply/poorly made. What I'm saying is that they have had well over two years to get Maverick production up to where it meets denand,. Why can't they? Go try to find one at/below MSRP. Or try to order one, and get some estimate of when you
You get one shot at a launch, period. Imagine it's your honeymoon, but you lose the key to the room and the trunk with the luggage....
On my third Focus now, a 2016. Figure it will last me as long as I'll be able to drive. If not will have to look at a Kia or Hyundai (which just sent my dad spinning in his grave). *NM*
Had a 2013 Focus, which was a great little car, that I really liked, but that automatic transmission drove me out of it. *NM* *LINK*
The 2000 and 2008 were 5 speeds. The 2016 is the dual-clutch auto but by then had most of the bugs worked out. Would still rather have a 5 speed manual, but not sure how I'd stand up to using the clutch now.. *NM*
A 5-speed would have been nice, but my wife doesn't like them. At least she knows how to drive a manual, just doesn't want to. And I've probably had my last manual car due to knee, hip, back, etc. *NM*
