  • Lots of kits cost more than $ 54.00. Tamiya, NuNu, Belkits, Beemax, some Hasegawa, etc.

    • Here in Oz, new Tamigawa kits are around $100, which is $65US, Revell/AMT 1/25 car kits are $65-95 Oz. *NM*
      • Down under prices are pretty high.....otherwise I'd have some of those Ford die cast Falcons..... *NM*

    • 30-40 yrs ago you were lucky if a kit had decals....now "we" expect & get decals, metal transfers, photo etch, masks, vinyl parts & more so I suppose price increases should be expected....expected but not necessarily liked......lol. *NM*

  • Tamiya kits are high priced but they fall together. Salvino's not so much. If I spend that much I don't want to fight it all the way. *NM*
