Paint it the color you want and then (depending on hoe complex the casting is) either Bare Metal the hub cap or use one of the chrome pens.

What's the easiest way to do detailed removal of chrome plating. I think I remember someone mentioning a fiberglass eraser. Would that be it or are there other ways? *NM*
