It would be great if Round 2 could do new bodys, interiors and brightwork for 1963 and 1964 Galaxies with the underpinnings from the excellent 1960 Starliner...because the kits available to us at the moment from these years has much to be desired...

I own a 1963½ Galaxie 500 XL and the model kit is plagued with faults and inaccuracies and the tool is so old.
For starters, the interior is from a convertible wich is all wrong for a coupe...the body proportions seems pretty good on the old kit but some of the details are very crude and oversized, the tail light bezel rings for example are very bulky, on the model they looks to be 2 inches wide and deep and on a real car the bezel rings are somewhere between 3/4 of an inch or slightly over, the tail light lences are also wrong with a 3 pointed chromed blob in the middle, there should be a thin 4 pointed star with a backup lens in the middle and there are several other improvements needed.
Not to mention the 1964, the body proportions are quite nice, but come on, it's a curbside unassembled promo, it's about time for a better kit.
So to do good ones of these cars it really takes to do a new better detailed body, interior, glass and brightwork and use the excellent chassie and drive train from the 1960 Galaxie Starliner.
