That Cougar gets even more interesting when you get under the hood.....

...at one time it had a 305 Gurney-Westlake motor with Weber carbs. The hood call out is for the 302, so who knows. It was the Street eliminator champion at Bakersfield in 1969 and was driven by Darrel Droke.
