Clarity would be a big problem. Best to vacuum form something like that. *NM*
Got a way to go to get something that could be used for glass. Thickness, clarity and smoothness are absolutely necessary issues to be dealt with. *NM*

That said, I do know the skull bottles Dan Aykroyd's brand of vodka comes in does indeed have magical powers , , , but only after drinking the complete contents of said skull. *NM*
