OTOH, I ordered a kit from Japan on Jan. 24 and it's here today. *NM*
Without getting into motives or reasons, it has not helped that when he was appointed the latest Postmaster General made a large number of the automated sorters that could each do the work of 30 people to disappear. *NM*
