Wow! Steve Scott comes off as a bitter old man in that blog. All of it maybe true, but I fail to see what purpose it serves to rail like that. Given he no longer owns the car, let it go already. And I totally agree, I do not get the attraction to that car at all. The Ed Roth "Born Bad" decal is 10x cooler than the real car.
