Looks like the fastback roof trim was added to the 2nd edition in 1966.
In Response To: One interesting thing to me is that sometime subsequent to the 1962 issue trim was added to the custom fastback roof. ()

The cool custom front and rear ends were displaced by the parts for the Here Comes The Judge version.
