We could hear him when he got near the Scout lodge--the Jeep's V6 sounded like a Model A Ford.
He also had an early '70s VW van that didn't run, and maybe a small stash of British motorcycles (I forgot if they were Triumphs, BSAs, or Nortons....).

To this day, I wonder what his wife drove. This was in Hawaii.
