...it'd be a fast way to get a stock '37, at least mechanically.

Another old show digitized. 2009-02-03 Motoring Through Time Heritage Park Phoenix. *LINK* *PIC*
Great Pics, Wayne! Thanks for sharing them.
You're correct, its a 1907 Brush. Typo on my part, need to go back in and correct it. Thanks. *NM*
No Worries! I won a first place in a High School Drafting class for my drawing of a 1907 Brush Roadster like that one in 1980. Why I recognized the car. *NM*
Just checked, had it correct in the photo files, just screwed up on the posting. *NM*
" this would be a nice kit and I'm sure the hot rodders would mug someone for a kit." , , Monogram does make a kit of this car. *PIC*
Do they do a stock version? *NM*
Wayne, the old Monogram, now Revell 1/24 '37 Coupe is "Street Rodded" with custom chassis suspension and SBC engine. Never was released with stock engine and suspension. *NM*
Which means it basically flew over my head and didn't go in the memory banks. Not stock - not interested with the exceptions of some historical race cars. *NM*
Just went looking. Have the Revell pickup and delivery that are 1/25. Guess the Monogram being marked 1/24 and non stock just went past my head. *NM*
The Mono 37 Tudor Street Rod came out in 1987 & was Mono's last gasp at 1/24 scale, hence all the Revogram 37's since still being listed as 1/24th,any new tool kits since the merger under the Revell/Mono name are 1/25th AFAIK or Revell Germany/ICM/Tamigawa or the like. *NM*

Well, I put my '37 and '36 coupes together bottom to bottom (wheels to wheels), and you'd need to stretch the '36 chassis somewhat. But the '37 hood and hood sides would need quite a bit of work. But you could probably make a five foot model of a stock '37. *NM*
But off the top of myhead, I can't think where to source a 1/24 flathead V8. *NM*
Monograms 40 Ford PU has a great flathead. *NM*
As does their 36. *NM*
I assume that was the 1/24 Monogram '36 you tried Jim, and not the smaller AMT 1/25 kit? *NM*
No, I totally screwed up that whole post, so it should be ignored. I had totally forgotten about the Monogram '36. *NM*
