Pretty Sure it will be out someday, but I'm not sure when, or what parts it will have in it.
Most likely it will first be run, in whatever configuration it was last issued in. May Have expanded decals, but not much in the way of extra parts.
No Idea when it will happen, but Steve was pretty pumped about the project, so the chances are good that it will happen someday.
