Try Howard’s suggestion. If the putty is the old green stuff, Super Clean will dissolve it. If not, then I guess you’ll need to re-drill. *NM*

Is there a way to remove putty from a car body. They are only small pin holes for mounting a small part which were filled in but I have that smal part and I would like to put it in the hole that was filled with putty, thanks. *NM*

Re-drill???? *NM*
X2. Redrilling the hole is easier--and safer solvent-wise--than trying to liquify the putty. *NM*
I have removed putty with a few drops of Super Clean *NM*
