I had the Gunze kit but between no engine and having to build the chassis out of tubing, when the HRM kit came out I bought that and sold the Gunze.

I'd start with 91-92% alcohol, then move up to harsher stuff until it works.......

I don't recall that Gunze did one with an engine. I have the HRM kit, with engine. I would make sure that the body isn't resin before starting to strip the paint. *NM*
