That frame is from an AMT 32 Vicky
I did cut out the rear crossmember and swap it out for a Model A unit to clear the Halibrand Quick Change. I think I built this one back 1995, a year before the Revell Deuces came out. It's a replica of the late Dave Southwick's A hiboy, built by Dutch Eschelmann. It was featured in Rod & Custom around 1990-91 give or take a year.
