IIRC, they only put out 3 issues... I have all 3... *NM*
i"ve got TWO copies of the second issue. 1/1 Diamond REO on the cover (AMT's 1/25 inside), Ertl IH Transtar. scratchbuilt 1/12 Cooper. some Bugatti, 1/35 scale Humber staff car...forgot the rest.

I think that was "In-Scale Illustrated", but could be wrong. I have two issues too. *NM*
