This convertible has been smoothed nicely. What year and brand is it? 50s? Dodge? The Lancer style wheel covers are like the aftermarket ones on my '61 Chevy except the red and black rectangles were all white on mine and the center plug had crossed checkered flags. *NM* *PIC*

  - '47 or '48 Plymouth. Basically a heavy face-lift on the '41 as was kitted by AMT *NM*
