• Question: are ALL the different issues of the AMT '65 Riviera the same, parts wise? Which issue has the most optional custom parts? TIA! *NM*
  • To the best of my knowledge no changes were made to the '65 Riviera Tooling. However the Barris "Cruising USA" issue had numerous parts blocked off and can only be built as a custom. *NM*
    • Issues after that one have had the custom exhaust headers blocked off. The Round 2 issue has them restored once again *NM*
    • In addition to what Mark said, they also widened the wire wheels, by adding material to the backside of the outer wheel halves. *NM*
      • That was done for the mid-Seventies "Lowrider" issue. Fortunately the alteration can be undone and stock width tires used with the wheels *NM*
