Okay, who's doing the 25th scale hydroplanes?? *PIC*
Always amazed me there wasn't more of a market for 1/24-25 boat kits. With hydroplanes and other high performance ones, they're incredible visual palettes and there's room for lots of detailing *NM*
There was a vendor at Desert Scale Classic who was selling some of the hydroplane kits. *NM*
ZOINKS!!!! Love to have one, but I bet they are $$$$! *NM*

Miss Budweiser, one of the many kits I should have NEVER sold. *NM*
I'd buy one for sure.....lol. *NM*
I think there was a Miss Bardahl version of the Miss Budweiser kit, or at least a set of decals to use on the Budweiser kit? Yellow and black checkerboard graphics. Have seen some in model show pics somewhere. *NM*
So we STILL don't know who is making them.....correct? *NM*
Looks like "Hj" (something) on the boxes. Hobby Japan makes kits but this is not their logo. *NM*
Yes, I'll definitely get one. Maybe two. *NM*
So.....Terry.........where did this pic come from.........is this your own stash of Hydroplane kits.........no wonder none of us can find any.......you've got the lot........lol. *NM*
The blue/red logo belongs to H1 Unlimited, the sanctioning body of unlimited hydroplane racing.... *LINK*
I love in Guntersville, Alabama about 300 feet from the home stretch of our annual Hydrofest
I lived in Huntsville for about 10 years, never managed to make it over there for that. *NM*
Re: I lived in Huntsville for about 10 years, never managed to make it over there for that.
Yeah there is, used to go in there every Saturday.
They had a pretty decent IPMS show in Huntsville every year too. *NM*
This might help answer this question *LINK*
Apparently, being made by this company *NM* *LINK*
Matt & Dawn, do you think you might get these in when they become available? *NM*
They show a video of them producing the kits. Maybe a couple months out before we see them on the market? *NM*
Re: Okay, who's doing the 25th scale hydroplanes??
This maybe speaking out of turn but will it be indicated which engine is in each kit?......and the expected price of each kit?............thanks. *NM*
I sent you an email. *NM*
Thanks Mike........the US price was $70 or $100 which with postage is doubled the Oz price.......looks like bread & dripping for the next month....lol. *NM*
