It's going to be a lot of work and normally I am very lazy but I want to do a real nice job on this one. *NM*

Question: I am building a 64 Galaxie Pro Street using the chassis from the AMT 67 Chevelle. I am trying to decide where I need to add the additional length in the chassis to fit the wheelbase of the Galaxie. I have marked where I think it should be done but PICs.....
That's about right. I'd rework the floor and move the frame rails out to the rocker panels, to make it look "not GM" *NM*
Thanks, I am planning to make it totally fit under it. *NM*
First off, are you going to cut the hood open, are will this be a curbside build? If the latter, I would suggest simply using the Galaxies chassis as I did on this 61..... *PIC*
I've already opened the hood and plan to do a full detail build. *NM*

Springboarding off Marty's reply, I'd start off with a Ford chassis (60,63, or 64 depending on your level of detail and engine), then backhalf the chassis and adapt the Chevelle tubs rearward, will make interior and body fit easier and save work *NM*
That is an interesting idea. I might just have the 60 Ford to do that. *NM*
If interested, a fellow on ebay offers a resin pro street chassis for this car. *NM*
Who might that be? *NM*
Not sure I should name him here. A search on Ebay will show his store. I've bought several of his hoods, he does good work. *NM*
Why not send him a note off the board? Just a thought.... *NM*
Of course. I'll send it. *NM*
Terry, I sent you an email from newtimus1. *NM*
