Once ssw a Mustang II coupe by the side of the road in some Texas small town on the way to Odessa (forgot where exactly)--the roof was painted in BEDLINER MATERIAL!?!
"Bed liner" originated as spray-on "vinyl roof" textured paint. I first saw it used in a Tex Smith magazine article in the late Sixties *NM*
