Here's the sitch: one of the conditions of our move to the Dream House was that I'd have wide latitude to define a dedicated modeling/research/casting space. We are in the planning stages now, it will be great when complete.

One catch - it's not all going to fit and some will have to go. To assist I'm committing to Mrs. Ragtop to build a proper list... detailed enough for a buyer, but not so granular that it never gets done (early attempts gone a-cropper for this reason.) I'm here right now with these categories:
