The bumper mounted headlamps are resin with the lens molded in. I painted them with Mirror Chrome, then painted white and silver mixed with clear (craft acrylic white, silver and Future) and painted the lens area, once that was dry a coat of Microscale Gloss was applied to add some gloss. It turned out pretty well for being flat resin.
