It was Saturday night of the World Series of Drag Racing (1978?)... I had driven there with my girlfriend and her little brother. As the show was wrapping up, buddy of mine came to me in a panic. A whole group of them had ridden to the track with his older brother in his station wagon. So, at some point during the show, his brother just wandered back to the car and left (I suspect the involvement some good grass 😁), leaving the rest of the group stranded. So we managed to fit everybody in the 56 (5 in the front, 8 in the backseat and I gingerly drove us the 16 miles home.... It was not at all comfortable, but we made it. 😄😄😄😄
