I think the few spots that you have lightly sanded look a lot more in scale and realistic. The two spots on the forward part of the left front fender and the spot on the hood near the left windshield post look more realistic to me. The green "pebbles" seem too large and *PIC*

unlikely to form like that as bubbles in areas of otherwise rusty surfaces, but in areas that still has paint it could represent the early stages of paint failure if the "bubbles" were smaller. The areas of lightly sanded green to dull them a bit look more realistic than the still bright areas, too. Just my two cents.
