'66 Merc and original AMT '66 Hemi Under Glass are the only original AMT kits I can think of with Hurst wheels...

A number of Jo-Han kits had them; theirs are slightly better than the old AMT ones IMO, but like nearly all Jo-Han wheels they are a loose (at best) fit in anything but a Jo-Han tire.
