I saw that, but to me, the headlights, valve cover and air cleaner say Lincoln. *NM*
1942 Clipper. With the top chop and other body mods, the Lincoln headlights are a minor change. *NM*
It is a Packard, but it appears the modern engine is probably a custom Lincoln Eight, but I am no expert on Ford Mo Co products. It is definitely not a Packard engine. *NM*
