and that roll bar was still in vogue into the very early 70's. the full roll cages , and 6 point style came around about 1972 or so when Jenkins built the Vega. I'm not saying they weren't around before that, just that Sox and Martin and Jenkins were using the hoop style up to that time.

As for the kit roll bar, as the instructions state, it won't fit with the sidewindows, which to me means that roll bar was never meant for that kit to begin with.
