RL Peyton ran an entire Top Fuel operation on stolen credit cards and fraud. There were several who allegedly transported drugs. NHRA had nearly the same level as IMSA in the 70's 80's. In fact, IMSA was said to have stood for International Marijuana Smuggling Association!
