I find the regular bottles of Testor's work the same. Also had good luck with Humbrol enamel. *NM*
1146 Silver is exactly the same stuff as the Model Master silver as far as I can tell. And it's still being made. *NM*
Re Humbrol Silver,#11 in enamel tins...the newer tins have "Met 11" printed in the lid & its not as shiney as those with "11" stamped into the lid...looks like they changed the formula,Humbrol also have a Chrome silver # 191 which is o/k but not a shiney as the old #11. *NM*
